Mobile Home Spaces Available
For several years we have had to turn people away because we had no vacant spaces for their mobile home even though they had fallen in love with this beautiful park and it’s convenient location.
However, there have recently been some vacant mobile home spaces open up here in the park, creating an opportunity that has not been available for quite some time.
If you have a mobile home in good condition, you might find yourself right at home here at Vista Del Norte Mobile Home Estates.
Lot rent is based on size and location of the lot and ranges from $335 to $355 per month. Water, sewer, and trash pickup is included in the lot rent. A deposit equivalent to the lot rent is required.
There are a few requirements regarding the mobile homes that will be allowed to move into the park. If the home is not new, then it must be 1995 or newer and in good condition. Homes must be owner occupied; no rentals. All adults who will reside in the home must apply for residency and be approved by park management before the home can be moved into the park.
